lovebball
Lumberton over Silsbee 17-1. Great pitching from Bell, Brunson, Stanley, and Erikson - only allowing 2 hits in 9 innings. Erikson, Bell, Brunson, Ryan Stanley - all with multiple hits. Silsbee has some young players that can play - will make a big impact in a couple of years. bkatdog
Jasper defeats LCM 16-2 in their best overall game this fall. Tyler Ernest (Dbl,2W,Hbp) leads off with a double to left. Jacob Soisson hits rbi single over short. Ty parker hits a 2r HR for a 3-0 lead. Parker Phillips pitches 4 shutout innings in his best outing yet. With some ill pitchers, Colton Burleson finished up giving up only two runs in the final innings. Other hitting highlights were Derek Sowell with (HR,Dbl, Single),J Soisson (triple off wall, single,W), Ty Parker 3/4- 2 2r HR, single,W) with several timely walks and hits spread throughout the order.
