Dayton's Cody Green (Nebraska) looses his red shirt!!!!

Been listening to the Nebraska vs FAU game online and I anticipated Cody Green would get some play time tonight with the lead Nebraska has 42-3 (4th quarter) and that is exactly what happened.  Doing a good job.....just gained 40 yards- tucked the ball and took off!!! Boy do I miss watching him play!!!! The announcers are giving him huge props!

News prior to this game was Cody was the #2 QB at this time.With a off the bench performance like this I guess he proved why.Great job Cody.

Once Cody became the #2 QB, nobody expected him to be redshirted anyway. Props to Coach Pelini for being willing to put his best players on the field, true freshmen or not. Go Huskers!!!
