HCFBALL FAN Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 21-4A/22-4A How do you think they match up? My thought's are: Crosby win's 21-4A Barber's Hill-runner-up But neither of these team's would be in top 6 of 22-4A!!! Sorry BH, it's not 3-A
Bobcatfan4life Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Barbers Hill will beat Crosby, IMO. Time will tell, should be an interesting 21-4A race.
Guest Wildcat 08 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Your right about that. We have BH's number.
BH89 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 My opinion to your question. 2006 Finish BH Galena Park Crosby Huffman New Caney Forest Brook Smiley BH wold compete if not beat anyone in 22-4A except Nederland. I am not sure we would ever stop Mosley, even with a good defense. Would be a great game to watch.
BH89 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Anyone know how this hypothetical playoff pairings might end up? Who plays who? 21-4A 1st BH (smallest school) 2nd Galena Park 3rd Crosby 22-4A 1st Nederland 2nd Dayton 3rd Central
bronco1 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 It is amazing how Nederland moved up in the polls. Mosley is a machine but there is some good coaching out there. I wouldn't expect him to be able to keep it up all year. Especially against teams like PN-G, BC, or even Dayton. I t will be interesting to see how it plays out. That said... 21-4A's #1 team would be 22-4A's #4.
BHFAN Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Anyone know how this hypothetical playoff pairings might end up? Who plays who? 21-4A 1st BH (smallest school) 2nd Galena Park 3rd Crosby 22-4A 1st Nederland 2nd Dayton 3rd Central I think it would be Central Vs. Galena Park BH vs. Dayton Crosby Vs. Nederland

Who plays who? 21-4A 1st BH (smallest school) 2nd Galena Park 3rd Crosby 22-4A 1st Nederland 2nd Dayton 3rd Central If your projections hold, would be: D1 Crosby vs. Ned D2 BH vs. Central D2 GP vs. Dayton
BHFAN Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 I have no idea how this will fall out. I do know historicly that 22-4A beats 21-4A most of the time. I wouldn't count on history though it just might be better this year, but it is hard to tell right now how good district 21 is.
L-Town Stunners Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Don't know much about 21-4A, but I can say that 22-4A is one of the toughest district in the area, if not the state. Even with WO-S knocked down to 3A, this district didn't lose any toughness or respect at all.
raiderhardball Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 well i love my team and so far we aint got a loss. soo lumberton will win district this year. but nederland and central will be hard. but we got dayton for sure.
bronco1 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 but we got dayton for sure.

No you don't have Dayton for sure. I've said it before and i'll say it again. Glad that you guys are 3-0 and headed in the right direction. You guys haven't played near the strongest teams in the area. Dayton by 21 at least, to much size and speed.
WOS95 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 well i love my team and so far we aint got a loss. soo lumberton will win district this year. but nederland and central will be hard. but we got dayton for sure. that's great you love your team, and i like the enthusiasm. however, you might want to be careful about saying you "got dayton for sure."
sticky Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 that's great you love your team' date=' and i like the enthusiasm. however, you might want to be careful about saying you "got dayton for sure."[/quote'] Yeah, you might want to get with Jody on how to say the right thing and the right time.
bronco1 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Well a least he has the "wrong thing at the wrong time" mastered. Now he can move on to the next lesson.
BH89 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 Got to be good at something....... Now I have been nice lately.
BHFAN Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 22-4A is one of the toughest district in the area' date=' if not the state. [/quote'] Neither of these districts rate on the toughness scale for the state. 22 4A is a competetive district ,but doesn't compete when playing out of this area.

Thats funny right there, i'm glad you said that, lumberton is headed in the right direction, BUT YOU AINT THERE YET SON, DAYTON'S D IS GONNA SHOW YOU HOW ITS DONE You enjoy beating cleveland and being 4-0 and on top of district 22-4A,,, for the moment,,, cause its all going to start to crumble 09-30-06
WOS95 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 does lumberton play dayton on 9-30-06? if so i think that is on a sat.
WOS95 Posted September 21, 2006 Report Posted September 21, 2006 nevermind i just saw the schedule. it's the 29th  i was hoping to see that game.
L-Town Stunners Posted September 22, 2006 Report Posted September 22, 2006 What I meant by my comment was that it is one of the toughest in the state as far as making the playoffs. Out of the eight teams in the district, at least five are current or past playoff teams. Sorry if I ruffled feathers with my comment.
bronco1 Posted September 22, 2006 Report Posted September 22, 2006 BH Eagles, Ruffled feathers, good one...
L-Town Stunners Posted September 22, 2006 Report Posted September 22, 2006    Really meant nothing to the comment!!!
