BH96 Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Forest Brook is mainly a running team. And with a week off to get people healthy and time to study them we should do pretty good. BH 10
eaglepride Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Forest Brook always has a chance due to athletes and speed, but they have serious issues across the board. BH by 20
BHFAN Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Forest Brook is way down this year. I exspect the Eagles to win in a route.
IGALB Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Like I've always taught my son, prepare and play every team like they are the best in the land. No Surprises. I dont know alot about FB either other than they havnt won many games thus far. And their speed & athletisism.... .BH has that too. People dont believe the speed part until they play BH. Defense is great. S. Rainey will be back on the O-Line, so that instantly gets a little better. If the offense builds off the Bellville game and gets even better, BH should be 1-0 in dist. BH-35 FB-7
eaglepride Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 R U sure bout Rainey returning so soon?
IGALB Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Yeah, I talked with him at practice the Bellville week and he said he would be back for the 1st distict game.
bearkatfan Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 critical game for BH it looks like a rout...but first district 4a game you never know..
HCFBALL FAN Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 BH win's this one. Good luck to both team's. BH enjoy this week district, because it will all be over in the 1st rd. of the playoff's(22-4A await's you)
bronco1 Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 Forrest Brook has no discipline. The coaches call their players by their number. They don't even know their names most of the time. Been there and seen it.
BHFAN Posted September 24, 2006 Report Posted September 24, 2006 Can't wait for district to begin. hope all of the players had a good week off and are ready to go. The Eagles will enter the 30's and maybe the 40's this week on the offense. 8)
BH89 Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 Met the Forest Brook coach at the CE King game, sort of. Man of few words! Here is how that went: How doess Forest Brook look this year? He said, "we got off to a slow start". (You think) I ask him, "is CE King down this year?" "They got off to slow start". (No kidding, you don't say) Well my throat was getting sore from the lengthy conversation so I bought another hot dog and talked to it. Much more information out of that hot dog. There were about 4 BH coaches and 4 Galena Park coaches there as well. Matter of fact, I think Galena Park had 3/4 of their team there. Looked like a few players might be in that Galena Park group.
sticky Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 I hear that Galena Park is the team to beat in that district.
BH89 Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 I hear that Galena Park is the team to beat in that district. I have never seen them play however I think your right. Will be interesting to see how BH matches up with them.
McHale Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 I hear that Galena Park is the team to beat in that district. Galena park will be pretty good this year, but they always have a good predistrict because they schedule weak teams
BHtheHill Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 Got to go with the Eagles 38 to 14. The reserves should get some valuable experience on this game.

I asked no less than seven to ten adults about how things were going and NOTHING. Of course may have upset them when I asked how they could have lost to Coldspring?
BHFAN Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 They wont have much to say tonight either 8)
Irish Madman Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 I've got my fingers crossed. The Jaguars' eyes are going to be crossed by the time BH's defense is done with them. GO EAGLES!!!
