Gasilla Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 Where is Spinners post? Where did it go? Always some clown around trying to add insult to injury... :
AggiesAreWe Posted October 10, 2009 Author Report Posted October 10, 2009 Question is, when was the last time a WOS team was held to less than 70 yards of offense for a whole game? Mustangs crossed the 50 just 1 time last night, deepest penetration was the Silsbee 40.

Very disappointing performace from both teams. I wanted to see more from the WO-S offense after last weeks performace against BR. Wanted to see more out of Silsbee as well. Man! I wish the weather would have coroperated!!!! >
77 Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 Just glad to see they are layin off the oc. In the past if they lost it was always the play calling.

klkctt87 Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 It seems to me that all (except for one) of the WOS fans are giving Silsbee credit for being the better team last night. This shows a lot of class. Both teams played on the same muddy field. Both teams had several fumbles, bobbles, slips, and yes , dropped passes. Thanks to the Mustang fans for giving Silsbee the credit they deserve. Hopefully the Tigers will get to play the Mustangs again on down the road.

spinner Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 Where is Spinners post? Where did it go? Always some clown around trying to add insult to injury... : Didn't mean to offend anyone! If I was out of line, then I do apologize! Great forum, lot of camaraderie here!
bh89-2 Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 Thank you WOS. At least I got this pick-em right after losing both the BH and Dayton pick. What a night of upsets....... :'( By the way, dang PAM, what's up with that ??? ???
SHSTIGER Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 No need to worry bout Coop he's already looking ahead to next year.
AggiesAreWe Posted October 10, 2009 Author Report Posted October 10, 2009 Jeremy Johnson had a total of 185 yards total offense last night. That's 120 more than the whole WOS team had the whole night. Quite obvious who the best football player was on the field to go along with who the best team was. JJ is the real deal, kneed the Stangs all night!!!! ;D

OrangeFBfan Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 So braggadocios AAW... The Silsbee QB didn't "kneed" the 'Stangs all night. Granted, he had his moments, but 13 points scored against an outstanding Mustang "D' is nothing spectacular. Best of luck to both squads from here on out. 8)

That would be called kneed all night, especially if it had been the other way around. This was back at the same ole WOS fans that gave our boy JJ such a hard time last season for a mental mistake!
AggiesAreWe Posted October 10, 2009 Author Report Posted October 10, 2009 Another note: Silsbee's defense has only given up one offensive touchdown to WOS in the last 8 quarters of regulation play. given up an average of 148 yards a game against the Stangs the last two meetings.

Guest Silsbee88 Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 I disagree! With the changes WO-S made dry field or not WO-S wins! What changes did WOS make Coop????? Maybe they need to RE-consider the changes ;D ;D ;D They did much better last week against BR

Dry field or NOT, WOS wins, huh Kerry? What happened? ;D You are so lame. :

It is always excuse after excuse of why your adopted Mustangs did not win. :
kicker Posted October 10, 2009 Report Posted October 10, 2009 My opinion on last night game..... Silsbee wanted it way more. you could tell from their swagger and heart. Silsbees record DOES NOT indicate their team. They are good, maybe real good. Johnson is going to be a good one, just wished he would have stayed in Texas. As for my Mustangs...??? Where is the leadership on the offensive side of the ball? Our defense played great, but if we cant score on Offense we cant win. Yeah, weather had a factor, but on both sides. Our guys looked lost and had no determination on offense. It looked like we were going through the motions. Our O.C. is great and a great man, but you cant make the kids execute plays. He did his best to get the kids in it, but seemed like they wanted to lollygag around. Where in the ***** is the dicipline on the offensive side of the ball? Where were the Mustangs last night, because they sure werent playing football. As much as i hate to say it, IMO the better team won last night.
