Nederland Dog 2006 Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Vidor is no pushover. Watchout for an upset...but would it really be an upset?
NDNTime Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Vidor is no pushover. Watchout for an upset...but would it really be an upset? If Vidor were to win, I don't think it would be an upset. After all, they were picked to win the district in all of the pre-season polls.
Huggie Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Vidor will have 2 losses after tonight. Like Happy Gilmore said "Somebodys closer".

badndn Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 I tell you guys what is really great this year and hopefully for many to come is the fact that each week there are games like this in the district. Not a lot of ho hum football games in 20 4A anymore! Makes for a fun 7 weeks. Good Luck to both teams and can't wait to meet some of you Vidor fans.

This district was always, you know, Nederland, PNG, and a team out of Beaumont. Now its wide open. WIDE OPEN.
prepballfan Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 In know way would it be an upset if Vidor wins. They are the favorites in district. If there were a line on this game it would probably be a push.
vidorville Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 I was at the game last week and im prety positive he got cleated on his hand and had to get stitches. But i think he will be bandaged up and ready to play> Yes Nick Dozhier did cut his hand in the first quarter again ozen but i've had players tell me he is starting tonight with it bandaged up. And the cut is not on his throwing hand.

Long Tall Texan Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 I hope all of you have a safe trip to Port Neches and that both of our teams come in as healthy as possible. I am glad to see Vidor come in during a winning season, and have no doubt that this will be one to remember. It is our homecoming so i hope that we impress all of you with our atmosphere as much as i have been impressed by yours during the two Vidor homecoming shows i witnessed. It was great to hear so many people gasp when the lights went out and the show began. The first time i was almost one of them, but the second time i just smiled. Everyone be safe getting there tonight, and enjoy the game!
Shea9840 Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 I am just glad we finally will let the kids do the talking playing. We adults are worse than the kids when it comes to talking trash and all that goes on here. I look for this to be a tight game with the Indians coming out on top. However, I would not be surprised if it was the other way. Looks to be a close one says this NDN fan. Back when we were in school, we always scheduled Vidor for homecoming...maybe we should reconsider this approach?? Good luck to all tonight and may the best team win!
ducksu116 Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 I think its going to be a great game i wish i didn't have to work so i could go watch. Good luck to both teams i bet it goes down to the wire. GO PIRATES

19Cherokee90 Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Should be a "decent" game. Harmon will run for 225. Vidor will be held to less than 130 yards rushing. Doty will throw for 3 with Harmon rushing for 2. PNG wins 35-14
