AggiesAreWe Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 I will post each week the official 21-3A team stats for district games only. These stats are courtesy of Maury Salinger, official 21-3A statistician. Also contributing to this is our own MrUmp. Here are the stats after week 1 of district play: Offense rushing/avg passing/avg total/avg points/avg Orangefield 391/391 47/47 438/438 54/54 Silsbee 153/153 86/86 239/239 13/13 Hardin-Jeff 180/180 45/45 225/225 10/10 Bridge City 133/133 62/62 195/195 20/20 Hamshire-Fan 139/139 13/13 152/152 7/7 WOS 56/56 23/23 79/79 7/7 Defense Silsbee 56/56 23/23 79/79 7/7 Orangefield 139/139 13/13 152/152 7/7 Hardin-Jeff 133/133 62/62 195/195 20/20 Bridge City 180/180 45/45 225/225 10/10 WOS 153/153 86/86 239/239 13/13 Hamshire-Fan 391/391 47/47 438/438 54/54
Guest Silsbee88 Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 AAW, Do you think you can add a column on defense for points scored on defense (int, fumble recovery, blocked punts, and blocked PAT & FG)? Just curious.
Guest Silsbee88 Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 One of the reasons I say is that the 7 scored against Silsbee, was not against our defense.....
AggiesAreWe Posted October 14, 2009 Author Report Posted October 14, 2009 I understand what you are asking Silsbee88, but points are points. I would have to go back through all the other 21-3A games to see if any other defenses scored. Maury doesn't keep up with that.

STiger85 Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 Hey Silsbee88 why don't you keep up with Silsbee stats like that and you can tell people how the points were scored: Example The seven points scored against Silsbee by WOS was a result of a blocked punt, the WOS offense scored 0 points. Something like that.
