MrUmp1 Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 My point exactly. Davis did a decent job and it should have been better for the World Series but since MLB has the umpires on a rotating schedule for playoffs you do not always get the guys that grading out the best during the year. The only glaring one I saw was Joe West, he has no business being out there.
adminbaberuth Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 If Pedro can keep his hands off Zimmer, look for him to get the Phillies up 2-0.
BOSoxfan4life Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 Unless the Rays are playing tonight or he is in the stands dont think you will see Zim at the game. He is probably with Ms. Zimmer in Seminole Fl.
Gabe Posted October 29, 2009 Report Posted October 29, 2009 Lee was outstanding last night. Hats off to him. What a performance
adminbaberuth Posted October 30, 2009 Report Posted October 30, 2009 Burnett gets the Phillies 1-2-3 in the top 1st. Pedro takes the mound.
PhatMack19 Posted October 30, 2009 Author Report Posted October 30, 2009 "The most influencial man to ever walk in Yankee Stadium" gets the Yanks in order in the 1st.
PhatMack19 Posted October 30, 2009 Author Report Posted October 30, 2009 Matt Stairs(who looks more like a beer league softball player than MLB hitter) gets the Phils on the board with an RBI single.
adminbaberuth Posted October 30, 2009 Report Posted October 30, 2009 I had to walk off, they didn't give Arod an error on that boot at 3rd?
adminbaberuth Posted October 30, 2009 Report Posted October 30, 2009 Pedro made Arod look like a LL with that strike out.
PhatMack19 Posted October 30, 2009 Author Report Posted October 30, 2009 Texiera ties it with a solo bomb.

PhatMack19 Posted October 30, 2009 Author Report Posted October 30, 2009 Pedro is done. Not a bad outing, Burnett just had a better one.
PhatMack19 Posted October 30, 2009 Author Report Posted October 30, 2009 Mariano in for a 6 out save.
PhatMack19 Posted October 30, 2009 Author Report Posted October 30, 2009 Super slow-mo is making these umpires look bad. I bet Mr. Ump is glad we don't have that in HS.
9Doggies Posted October 30, 2009 Report Posted October 30, 2009 What ever happen to get em on, move him over, get em in? Nice Umpires.
adminbaberuth Posted November 1, 2009 Report Posted November 1, 2009 I'm not sure that was a HR by Arod. 3-2 Phillies in the 4th.
bullets13 Posted November 1, 2009 Report Posted November 1, 2009 i don't really care who wins this series, as long as the yankees lose...

Now if you think I move slow in real time, just think how slow I would look in super slow mo LOL . I do think it is time on the MLB level that some of these guys do need to be moved out and a few of the minor league guys that grade out well should take their place.
