j_dog Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 West Hardin by however much they want.
SteelerCzy Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I think Huntington wins in a close on, maybe by 7. West Hardin has a very good football team this year, they seem to get better each week. This game will help them come playoff time.
Guest Diva Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Gotta support MY Red Devils!!! Go Big Red!!!
WHFAN Posted September 26, 2006 Author Report Posted September 26, 2006 Dont know much about Huntington but I have to go with the big blue by 14
oldman Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 Huntington is one of the worst football teams in 3A and most likely in the state as well. West Hardin rolls in this one. The Red Devils struggle every year in football.
KFDM COOP Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 I can't ever remember Hunington ever having a good team. What's the deal?
oilergurl2007 Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 Ok i want to congradulate our JH and Jv boys they killed tonight....I Think that are guys are goin to do awesome tomorrow night if they play like they have practiced, then they will do very good...Good Luck BOYS
Guest Diva Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 Huntington is one of the worst football teams in 3A and most likely in the state as well. West Hardin rolls in this one. The Red Devils struggle every year in football. Ummm' date=' great game WH. Red Devils [b']WIN this one...16-15. Way to Go Devils!!!! Great job, and you never stopped fighting! That's what it means to be a Red Devil! 8)
yepyep Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 Thats a joke. Whats going on at WH?
AltoJacketFan5 Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 West Hardin is so over-rated it isn't even funny. Why they started out the year in top 25 I still don't know, them DCTF guys who made it must have visited Dr. Feelgood right before that was made. Groveton took them way back behind the woodshed and Groveton is barely beating avg. 2a schools. They didn't do nothing last year, only won 1 district game and that was against the "thump-thump" school Kountze!! Hull-Daisetta will win that district! 8)
yepyep Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 You may be right, but I know a lot of people were expecting big things from them with the drop to 1A. They will still make the playoffs in that weak district, but it looks like it will be a very short playoff run. Thats a shame, cause they have some kids that can really play. I dont know what has happened there.
WHFAN Posted September 30, 2006 Author Report Posted September 30, 2006 I can tell you what happened WH had the worst coaching tonight in school history.WH had the game won 30 sec. left in the game wh with the ball, does he take a knee no we run the ball and fumble on the 2 yard line .WH held Hunt. for 3 downs and on 4th they score. 16-15 WH needs to get people healthy, we had about 5 starters out tonight with staph and injurys.
formeroiler Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 all aspects of that may be true the WH boys played hard but the refs graduated from HD and would not give the oilers a break, they have a good defense but the db's need some work, it was the coach that lost that game.
WHcrew Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 West Hardin is fighting a big outbreak of staph--that's the problem.
HDBobcats9 Posted October 3, 2006 Report Posted October 3, 2006 West Hardin is fighting a big outbreak of staph--that's the problem. Yeah, that and the fact they still have to play HD Nov.3rd
Lumberjack Posted October 3, 2006 Report Posted October 3, 2006 Bad coaching... staph... the refs? C'mon guys, this sounds a lot like excuse making to me. Let's face facts, the Oilers put the ball on the ground with the lead and seconds left. They couldn't stop a team, that some here believe inferior, from scoring and they lost. WH got spanked. Get over it. Good job "Devils!

TOTAL YARDS: West Hardin - 182 Hunington - 318 and by the way, that's rushing/passing yards, nothing to do with the penalty yardage.
WHcrew Posted October 3, 2006 Report Posted October 3, 2006 20 seconds left--they should have fallen on the ball..not run. No doubt about that. There is always a reason for a loss and that is it..pure and simple. I was just pointing out that they are having problems with staph...scarey stuff to say the least.
WHFAN Posted October 4, 2006 Author Report Posted October 4, 2006 Why is it some kids can play with staph and others can't
AltoJacketFan5 Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 Huntington had 318 yards of offense?!?!? WOW! I would like to know how they accomplished that? by run or pass? Mixing both? Any standout guys on offense for the Red Devils? Heard they don't have any speed though....
