WHFAN Posted October 4, 2006 Author Report Posted October 4, 2006 Hunt. did just about what they wanted but with 318 yards dont you think there should have been more points .WH shut them down the 2nd half all but the one play that mattered the most.
Guest Diva Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 Huntington had 318 yards of offense?!?!? WOW! I would like to know how they accomplished that? by run or pass? Mixing both? Any standout guys on offense for the Red Devils? Heard they don't have any speed though.... I know...but I'm not telling! You're the enemy this week!
HDBobcats9 Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 I believe it was 186 rushing and 132 passing for Hunington. I think the Oiler's offense is very capable with all their guys playing, but the defense appears to be shaky. Kountze had almost 300 yards rushing against WH (and that was after 4 of their best athletes, basketball guys left the team).
shermdog Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 Why is it some kids can play with staph and others can't Depends on how quickly the infection is found. If staph is allowed to progress, it must be removed surgically. If it is caught early enough, it can be treated by anti-biotics. Staph is naturally occurring on the human body. Generally found in the nose. It is possible to infect yourself. You have to be very proactive to control staph and it is still hard to do.
AHUDDLESTON Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 How many timeouts did Huntington have left? Some coaches that I talked to said that with the timeouts and time left, that they couldn't simply run the clock out by kneeling. I wasn't there so I am just going by other's accounts.
WHFAN Posted October 4, 2006 Author Report Posted October 4, 2006 I think thet had 2 time outs left, it was said that they would have gotten a safety if they kneeled down twice. @ points would have been better than 6 and kick the ball down the field WH didnt allow ant points in the second half been alot harder to score from 40 yards than 2
Guest Nederland Bulldogs Posted October 4, 2006 Report Posted October 4, 2006 Sounded like a great game. Remember you were playing a 3A School.
WHFAN Posted October 4, 2006 Author Report Posted October 4, 2006 It was a let down to me WH should have won
COBB Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 HUNTINGTON IS HORRID. THEY HAVE WON 1 DISTRICT GAME IN THEIR 27 YEAR HISTORY. THAT IS NOT A JOKE. THEY HAVE NEVER HAD BETTER THAN A 3 WIN SEASON. WEST HARDIN BETTER WIN THIS ONE.
Guest Diva Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 Ummm, news flash....hate to break the news to you but the game was last week and oh, by the way, HUNTINGTON WON!! lol That's my Red Devils for ya'!! Gotta love 'em!
AltoJacketFan5 Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 Well, Alto took Huntington way back behind the Woodshed tonight, and I mean way back, 67-0!
Guest Diva Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 Sorry to hear that for my Red Devils. Congrats to Alto on the win!
COBB Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 EVERYONE LOVES THE RED DEVILS. THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD FOR A WIN IF YOU NEED ONE.
Guest Diva Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 EVERYONE LOVES THE RED DEVILS. THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD FOR A WIN IF YOU NEED ONE. Always? I hear what you're saying...but I'm guessing WH isn't saying that though....Just an observation.
