Critter Posted October 27, 2009 Report Posted October 27, 2009 Heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is out of the UFC 106 main event, the company reported on its Web site Monday. Lesnar, the company's biggest pay-per-view draw, was supposed to defend his title against the undefeated Shane Carwin on Nov. 21 but has been unable to fully train for almost a month because of an illness."He said he's never been this sick in his life," UFC president Dana White told Yahoo!. "He said it's been going on for a long time and he just hasn't been able to shake it."The report on the UFC's Web site said the company hopes to reschedule the bout for early 2010. The bout featuring the returning Tito Ortiz and Forrest Griffin will now be the main event for UFC 106 in Las Vegas. On Carwin's Twitter page there's a post saying, "It's dissapointing hearing about your career and life through the media."
Titreld09 Posted January 22, 2010 Report Posted January 22, 2010 Why do I keep hearing about shane carwin being as big as Brock? Carwin is 64 259. Lesnar hits the mat at about 290-295. The only thing Carwin has is a punchers chance.
Guest baseball25 Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 Carwin is 6ft 5 265 lesnar is 6ft3 265
LUFAN Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 You are insane that Carwin only has a punchers chance.. He is a GREAT wrestler as well... This would be a great fight...
*HuggyBear2010* Posted January 24, 2010 Report Posted January 24, 2010 Yeah it would...wrestler vs wrestler! Brock probably has better hands though
BigWolf10 Posted January 31, 2010 Report Posted January 31, 2010
Carwin is 6ft 5 265 lesnar is 6ft3 265
Is he really 6'5''? He seems to be shorter than that. 265 seems to be too heavy also, he seems smaller. He's a hellava striker.
