If we judge the strength of one whole district against another based on one
game early in the season, then I guess we would have to say that 21-3A is "stronger" than 20-4A, since WOS waxed both Ned and LCM

same kind of talk last year......PNG beat Crosby and Barbers Hill their for their district is stronger............ then Crosby goes and smokes your district champs (Lumberton)  ..............
