Deon Beasley did start against OSU.

I don't think he did.  Beasley is the 4th best corner on the team.  He played the other day because #8 Chykie Brown was hurt and it was a blowout.  Beasley put himself behind the eight ball early, because he was ineligble for grade reasons.

I thought #3 Curtis Brown and #Chykie Brown started.  #4 Aaron Williams is usually the starter but has been banged up.  Beasley has never done much at Texas.

I Earl wins this award, he wouldn't even be the first young man to win this award from WOS!  Kevin Smith won this award in 1990 and he too was from WOS/Golden Triangle!  As will Earl soon be Kevin was a First Round NFL Draft Pick!
