Kirbyville vs. Anderson Shiro

Well Kirbyville's plan of tanking there district tiebreaker game with Hemphill failed last night, in three games I might add. Last Friday night Kirbyville gave up second place to the Hemphill Hornets. They did not even act like they wanted to win. Going into this season Kirbyville was predicted to roll through district but found it hard to even make it to third. After seeing how the playoff brackets would turn out, I guess Kirbyville decided they would have a better shot at beating Anderson than New Waverly. Last night Anderson beat Kirbyville in three games. Congratulations Anderson Shiro on well deserved win, Kirbyville did not deserve that at all and that's why they get to take down the nets, lower the goals, and get there hoop on. haha let me know what you guys think about Kirbyville's loss and there plan to lose to Hemphill intentionally

I WOULD HOPE THAT TEAMS WOULDNT BE SLACKING OFF IN ORDER THE GAIN A PLAYOFF BRACKET THEY CONSIDER AN EASIER RIDE. I KNOW THERE HAVE BEEN A COUPLE OF TEAMS OUT THERE IN 2A THAT HAVE BEEN ACCUSED OF IT. IF A TEAM IS DOING THAT,THEY ARE TELLING THEMSELVES THEY KNOW THEY ARENT GOOD ENOUGH TO WIN IT ALL. IF YOU DONT FEEL YOUR TEAM IS THE BEST OUT THERE,WHY PLAY? YOU MAY NOT BE THE BEST IN THE END BUT WOULDNT YOU RATHER PLAY AGAINST THE BEST. HOW ELSE CAN A TEAM IMPROVE?

I saw the game and I honestly think that Kirbyville didnt tank the game against Hemphill. After what I saw against Anderson-Shiro I really think that Kirbyville has just fell apart the last two games of the year.

UTFAN06 you must be kidding. Either you are a great Kirbyville fan, or you only watched one Kirbyville game this year. Hemphill beat themselves the first time they played Kirbyville and played their best game of the year to get past them in 5 in the second. How can you say that when they were eating burgers and pizza at the start of the game and then acted like they won when they got on the bus afterward. That was a tank to anyone that has ever watched any volleyball.

Im not joking!!! Ive seen them play several times this year and im not a Kirbyville fan, but im telling you they didnt loose on purpose!! The Coach for Kville would never tell her players to loose a game on purpose... I mean if they did where did that get them against Anderson?? Hemphill's team wanted it more and had the better team that why yall won. But its done and over with.
