SLINGIT
Who are some of the leading passers? Vivarette (?) from Barbers Hill? We can, we will, we can SLING IT!
sling_the_rock
Andre Kelly from Hou. Chavez has completed almost 60% of his passes for over 2000 yds. Twenty something TDs I think.
cardinal66
I think Viverette has about 24 int's. Far from the best qb's.

ya_know
The kid from huffman, somewhere around 2000, and I believe around 20 TD's. Seen him last week and he is pretty good. He can also run the ball.

sling_the_rock
You can throw out a few names off that list. Laredo and Somerset are not in SE Texas. Surprised to see the kid from Hardin with that many yards. Don't they have a stand-out RB?
tvc184
I know that he should not even be considered as a top quarterback and probably won't even be a quarterback for his senior year but Dionte Forney from Nederland has sure been impressive in two starts. He has 538 yards, 6 touchdowns and only 1 interception. That is after coming, not off the bench, but off for a few weeks with an injury and playing two years (including this year) at defensive end. We aren't playing from behind so there is no need to throw the ball downfield to try and pick up big chunks of yards. Plus, when we jump ahead of teams, we kill the clock by pounding the ball.Congrats to BH for having a QB with a big arm. Although he does like to share the wealth with opposing defenses. Guest ECBucFan
I want to apologize to Hornet for that sarcasm in my post (above). It definitly was not aimed at Hornet. I just want him and everyone else to be aware of that. Hornet is a class guy, and I enjoy all his posts. :)
