CIA, FBI, and Homeland Security wasted tens of thousands of dollars on an alleged tip that would lead to a failed sting operation.
The government agencies simultaneously met at Wildcat Stadium (Kirbyville,Texas) where they were informed that the National bird (the Eagle) was going to be slaughtered for entertainment. The agencies were embarrassed to find only a local football game going on between Kirbyville and Newton. When interviewed the spokesman said "there was a slaughter going on , but nothing was illegal about it".
