Guest LR1969 Posted November 7, 2009 Report Posted November 7, 2009 I was standing a few feet away from the player and It looked very serious. But, I was then told by a bystander (with the school district) that it appeared to be a muscle spasm of some kind (back muscle) and they were just being overly cautious before getting him on the backboard, etc. just in case. I also heard what I believe to be a family member say that "it looks worse than it is". I don't know what the actual diagnosis is but I assumed it was just a case of being cautious "just in case". At least, I hope that's the case. My prayers are with him.

ChampionEagles Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 Mona Barbay said he has a deep Kidney bruise. No contact until he sees the doctor again. I don't know when that will be.
Gasilla Posted November 8, 2009 Report Posted November 8, 2009 I guess that is better than it could have been. I know that kid is hurting more about this than just in his kidneys. I saw him play against OF. He is one heck of a football player and probably the fastest kid I've ever seen in pads.
