I will say that the Region 3 D1 bracket is an easier path than the D2 bracket which is loaded with PNG, Angleton, Brenham, Yates, El Campo, etc. D1 has Del Valle, Beaumont Central, Crosby, Dawson, FW.

5 of the top 6 teams in our Region are D2 according to THS. But of course Lake Travis waits on the other side of D1, the two headed monster!

I would not put much stock in the poll created by THS poll. Biggest joke for a poll there is. Marshall number forty yea right.

I don't know about the finals but number forty? They have a pretty easy path if they play like they did against Longview, Texas High and SSprings. If they play Kilgore like they did last week they will be gone. Denison is the best team from what I have seen in their bracket

The are not the only one.  Pampa is also 2-8.  As I've said from the start: the present day playoff system is a joke.  Nothing more than money to the district.  Just wait, it won't be long before all teams go.
