smitty Posted November 14, 2009 Report Posted November 14, 2009 Offense AVG1. Vidor 3882. PN-G 3443. Livingston 3134. Lumberton 2925. Central 2876. LC-M 2827. Ozen 2398. Nederland 238 Defense AVG1. PN-G 2422. Central 2613. Vidor 2654. Lumberton 2765. Livingston 2986. Ozen 3177. Nederland 3218. LC-M 350What's suprising to me is Nederland ending up last in offense.
EX-Ceauxch Posted November 14, 2009 Report Posted November 14, 2009 Maybe if we had stats in REDZONE effencity and turnover ratio that might explain it.

They were -12 in turnovers and had an average offense output of 175 yards per game.In the second 5 games Nederland had a 4-1 record. They were +3 in turnovers and had an average offense output of 313 yards per game. It was definitely a tale of two seasons but the averages are brought pretty far down by the dismal showing in the first half of the season.
tvc184 Posted November 14, 2009 Report Posted November 14, 2009 Defensively, Nederland gave up an average of 371 yards a game in the first 5 games and 298 yards a game in the second 5.
