There is a very loud train horn on a golf cart, but I have to say I have not seen them "run it up" on anyone.  In fact the last two weeks they have subbed big time in the second halfs and even kneeled out on the three yard line rather than hangin' half a hundred on Dawson.  So I'm not so sure on them smelling blood and trying to run the score up on anyone.  Seemed to be a first class team in that regards.

Well, I would not under any circumstance leave anything at home to patronize Mart, but the rest of this post is 100% accurate. Mart will run double reverse flea-flickers even when they up by 70 with less than a minute in the game. Don't be surprised if their fans act real bad, too. I am speaking from experience here!

You know, I have to qualify my earlier statement. What I said was absolutely true of Mart, but in the past. I don't know if things have changed, but perhaps they have. Maybe a new coach? New way of doing things? I dunno...

Good Luck to Coach Williams, the Rebel players and Rebel camp on Friday night.  lace-em up and strap it on!!!!!!! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain Friday night.  You earned the right to play in the post season and I wish you guys all the luck.

Last year before H-D played Mart in the playoffs, everyone from outside the District said Mart would blowout H-D like 60-0. Well H-D actually made it a game, Bobcats fell 28-0. Total yards and first downs was about the same. Special teams and turnovers was what hurt us. Evadale just keep doing what yall been doing and good luck.

Funny ... All I remember is Mart Shutting Out a H-D team that averaged 41 points a game .....

As much as I would LOVE to see that happen, I just can't see it. I do acknowledge after reading through this Mart isn't what it was 5-10 seasons ago, apparently. I just want Evadale to cinch up, smack em' in the mouth, and dog em' from beginning to end. Play fearless &[i] HARD[/i], Rebels! GOOD LUCK!  ;D

Hey Folks! I'm from Mart and to be real honest with all of you, we have been up and down all season. We played three top ten teams down to the wire. Goldthwaite scored with a minute left in the game to edge us 21-17. One 2a playoff team barely beat us. Thats the four teams we lost to and all are still in the playoffs. But the teams we should have just totally dominated, we have struggled against horribly. Barely beating Bremond and Normangee by two points and one i believe. But the last two games Riesel and last week against Dawson we have looked awesome. So it depends on which team shows up. Should be a good game. Also to a couple of "posters" who said that we run up the score. We may have in the past i'm not sure but Coach Nail (present head coach) has way too much class for that. We had a halftime score last week against Dawson of 37-0 and played very conservative in the second half to only add one touchdown winning 44-0. Kneeling several times inside the 20 to not run up the score. Good Luck and just be proud to be here for the kids. Its all about them and always pray noone gets hurt.

LET'S GO REBELS!!!! ;D No matter what the outcome is, you boys had an incredible season and should hold your heads up very high!!! Having said that though, I am pulling for you to get out there and show the rest of the state that the reason you went undefeated is because you are a hell of a team, NOT because our district is weak!!!
