Coach T would put in some highlight tapes from his era every once and a while on Fridays before our games. That guy(Tezino) was an animal. Wasnt he like a hundred and nothing pounds??

Tezeno was a head hunter. i've never seen a high school kid hit harder than him.

I saw on kogt a picture of youth football and their was this kid named Tezeno wearing number 23.....I vote Yes

Quentin Tezeno from WOS came to TJC and played a semester or so after he played at UH. He did weight 100 and nothing but could power clean over 300 lbs. It was amazing to watch.

Tezeno was not huge but he was definitley not small ! He was big enough to play D1 ball. You must be thinkin of Kevin smith, he was on the same team and he was 100 an nothing.... but he could play too.

Zeno was probably 170 or 180 his Sr. year.

Lets hear it from one of his x coaches. Foreman or T would know in a heartbeat.

Yeah, Tezeno was probably 180. He was a terrific player and one of the hardest hitters I've ever seen.

There are a bunch of people from WOS who made a name as a hard hitter, but in addition to Tezeno, Charles Sias is a name I'll remember for a long time. He was tremendous.

Yep,

I would say Chris Goehlke (sp?) as well. That guy killed people and he was not all that big. I have seen LOTS of hard hits, but Chris consistantly dished it out.

Same here. You were close. Eugene Seale. He is someone who beat all the odds. At 5-9, 210 or so, the old SWC had no use for him. But Lamar did. Then the Houston Oilers did, for FIVE years. Pretty good for someone even the SWC did not recruit. And in the NFL, he was playing at 250. Must have been doing some real hitting to survive five years in the NFL.

Amen to TONY WARD (Ozen 03')  I saw some bone crushing hits from that kid even when he was a soph on varsity....whoa! He was #43.....whoaaaaaa nellieeee!
