That's only this year while the High School construction is going on around the stadium. Next year there will be more parking and less congestion and the stadium will be available as a playoff venue.

That's not really fair with the teams that are playing in different districts, different levels of competition some teams breeze into the playoffs and others have fight and scrape to get in. Coin toss is fair IMO.
