Indianforever Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 hey coop if you go to myfoxhouston.com they are saying it will be raining in the morning in houston and then just cloudy and a few stray showers in the evening and most of the rain staying south of I-10. what is your input on that??
PURPLE 4EVER Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Friday night will be a wash out!I think it will be worse than expected with possibly 3 inches of rain on Friday ending Saturday morning.Weather is also calling for gale force winds at the cost.Could be really windy, cold (in the 50's) and a steady to heavy rain. The best defensive team will win Friday at Aldine.
Guest gladiator2 Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 I was just looking at the weather channel for that area tomorrow night and I seen where the heavy rain will be gone by midday and the light rain should hang around into the afternoon and then it will be cloudy and cool by 6pm. Our game don't start until 8pm. Now Ido see where our area will be getting quite a bit of rain around that time. I normally don't doubt Coop because he has been dead on for this area on Friday night's but I would liketo know what his updated forecast is for Aldine at 8pm Friday night.
PURPLE 4EVER Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Wish I could watch channel 6 from here in Dayton...Looks like the weather will hinge on where the low pressure off the Texas coast tracks to.I got a feeling tomorrow afternoon and evening will be a washout in Houston. The weather forecast I watched on Channel 13 had the rain lasting into Saturday morning, but it really depends on where the low pressure goes.
ndn78 Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Buddy of mine is weather guy for Continental Airlines @ G. Bush IAP and he doesn't sound to encouraging. Hope he's wrong an momma nature gives us a break not only for the fans but this game should be a good test for both teams and I'd like to see weather not have a big impact for the boys!Bundle up, bring plenty of rubber and Laizzes Le Bon Temps Roule!
babyshoe Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 The rain has begun here in Houston at almost exactly Midnight. It's nasty as heck out here, but i would hope that this would be gone by 7 pm. It can't last forever. Right?
PURPLE 4EVER Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Toups Graphics predicts......Rain tonight and lots of it....Harris County under a flood watchGOOD LUCK TO THE INDIANS!!!!For those travelling to the game, please drive safely.Weather will probably be much less than desirable tonight.
