Guest coachacola Posted November 28, 2009 Report Posted November 28, 2009 Finally some good news...
Lamar, which is making an intermediate stop at home before going back on the road to play at Denver on Wednesday and Hawaii on Sunday, will have reinforcements for tonight. Fifth-year senior Ashton Hall, who missed the first six games with a knee injury, practiced Friday and has been pronounced good to go.“I’m excited to have Ashton back,†Roccaforte said of the 6-6 wing player from Kountze who averaged 8.8 points and 3.9 rebounds last season. “He won’t start but he will get significant minutes coming off the bench. He gives us another versatile athlete and another veteran player.â€
http://www.panews.com/sports/local_story_331232732.html
UNLV Posted November 28, 2009 Report Posted November 28, 2009 LU is not facing a cupcake tonight. I think LU still win but it won't be easy.
Lazeek Posted November 28, 2009 Report Posted November 28, 2009 After hearing that Hall was done for the year I am excited to hear that he is back and hopefully take on the leadership role of this team!!!
badndn Posted November 28, 2009 Report Posted November 28, 2009 I'm with you on that one zeek!Hopefully Hall adds the calming leadership effect to the young guns and becomes the guy you go to win you need a shot. While I don't think he will make them a Championship Contender, I do think he will make them better.
Lazeek Posted November 29, 2009 Report Posted November 29, 2009 Hall in game for one minute and he reinjured his left knee!!!
