j_dog Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 kv 8-6 Jasper scores on long run. Went for two, bobbled ball, attempt failed. Run by Jeremy Adams, 64 yds kv scored by recovering jasper fumble in end zone. kv has no offensive points.
j_dog Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 QB hazelwood scores for kv, 21-6 kick no good. 18 sec to go in hald.
j_dog Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 Have to admit, Kirbyville is tough.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 C'mon man i could have told you that...lol I have to admit, the coach has no discipline but he has talent its now a legit program he's running........just a changing of the guard sorta speak K-Ville is up Jasper is down, its happen b4 between Jasper being down and Silsbee being up remember
j_dog Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 C'mon man i could have told you that...lol ...... I still wanted to "see" it for myself! The Jasper defense stopped kv several times on 4th down. kv finally started moving the ball near the end of the half. Jasper offense still cannot get it going, except for that one good run. Jasper starting qb is only playing defense because of a bruised shoulder.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 I really cant remember a time except for the 2000 game at Lincoln where Jasper's O could not do anything...
j_dog Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 In all the games, Jasper offense has shown possibilities, but has failed to get it all together. But with so many youngsters, it could start to jell at any time. bottom line, if J offense could control the ball, the j defense can do its job.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 looks like the Jasper vs Silsbee game will be a biggie for the final spot.
SilsbeeD Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 looks like the Jasper vs Silsbee game will be a biggie for the final spot. Are you saying silsbee is going to lose to kville?
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 Thats my opinion but every time they play and K-Ville has the advantage they seem to mess it up right b4 gametime so who knows. I mean the Tigers did upset Newton so i know they can hang with anyone....one of those teams will knock WO-S off. I dont see anyone coming out of this district undefeated.
