I'd say the Horns covered the spread in this one.

378 yards passing..that is probably a school record. I can't ever remember the Longhorns having that many yards passing. Sounds like Brooks was tossing the ball well tonight. Great win..especially considering that Woodville handled Shepherd and Splendora already. Woodville lost a close one to Coldspring. And with Cleveland down this year again, I would think this is a real shot in the arm for the horns going into district.

WOW!!! Go Horns. I am a Tarkington alumni from years back. Glad to see this after the beating they've been taken the last few weeks. There is several ole classmates of mine kids that are making us proud.
