LUFAN Posted December 3, 2009 Author Report Posted December 3, 2009 I agree. If custer is invited back next year i will be very surprised.
UNLV Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 You can always count on LU's second half scoring droughts of 6-9 minutes.
LUFAN Posted December 3, 2009 Author Report Posted December 3, 2009 54-51 Denver by 3 with about 3 left
Lazeek Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 I thought that ROC wanted a quicker, faster team so that they can run...............they have 51 points with 3 minutes left!!!!!! WTH!!!
Guest coachacola Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 LU has let Denver make way too many easy layups. LU down by 4.
HoopInsider_Cooper Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 In LU's defense, Denver is like Ozen.....Will take the air out.
Guest coachacola Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 10 seconds left, LU down by 6.
Guest coachacola Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 LU loses 62-55, they should have won this game.
HoopInsider_Cooper Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 I sense low interest in Lamar athletics as of late. Hopefully everyone is laying low for football.
Guest mffl Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 Denver runs a princeton style offense, very boring. I think holding onto the ball for 30 seconds every possession and making defenders chase them around in the Rockies is a good enough defense for them. Not that I'm looking past the loss, but at least it wasn't a blowout.
BLUEDOVE3 Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 ::) ::) ::) You guys need a reality check. It's taking yall too long to admit what deep down you already suspect. ::)

We all know you don't like LU basketball or Roc but doesn't mean we're not going to stop talking about them.
badndn Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009
::) ::) ::) You guys need a reality check. It's taking yall too long to admit what deep down you already suspect. ::)
Reality is exactly what some of us said before the season started...This is a young team. Don't expect too much. This team would be at best a .500 team, which means they would struggle on the road, but would win at home (because of the youth). And that is exactly what they have done.Remember fans, we have seen this before, but with a team full of Juniors and Seniors...At least now there is some glimmer of hope for the future. Top two players are Sophomores. Some of you seem to think that after 8 games they should be world beaters by now.
