Go-rilla Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 I liked it when bo was rushing 30 or so carries. I think you got to have a good running game if you want to play in Dec.PS I was a Wing T QB and I hated it..
biggen Posted December 15, 2009 Report Posted December 15, 2009 what about a spread option QB......(ex: Georgia Tech, Navy,)
Go-rilla Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 Will both NC skewls be 4A??What are their numbers?

1KatKiller Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 when I spoke with coach Roberts this fall, he said that was going to be the plan. Both high schools would be 4-A. Keefer crossing would feed New Caney & White Oak would feed Porter.
Lightning/Eagle Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 NCHS & PHS Head Football Coaches AnnouncedThe New Caney ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved Tuesday night hiring Tim Hensley as Head Football Coach/Coordinator of High School Campus Athletics at New Caney High School and Reno Moore as Head Football Coach/Coordinator of High School Campus Athletics at Porter High School, which is due to open Fall 2010. 90 people applied for the positions. A committee interviewed 17 applicants the week of December 7.
Cowboy09 Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 Porter will open the doors with about 1000 students since they wont have any seniors the first year.

No seniors. They better schedule weak during non-district play. How did their younger levels do this year?

How was New Caney's younger squads, kind of interesting seeing as how they will be split to form the two new schools.
Lightning/Eagle Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 Looks like coach Moore will be bringing the D coordiator from Texas High with him to be his new DC at Porter high.
ncplaya Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 The sophomore team was 8-2. But, Not only do they not have seniors they have half a junior class bc half goes to NC and half goes to PHS.
HUM398 Posted December 17, 2009 Report Posted December 17, 2009
In a few years , Porter will out pace New Caney, just like Kingwood did Humble! Of Course ,the Earth Quest Adventures may change that!
Lol wut?Kingwood out paced Humble?....In Football? When? a blind squirrel gets a nut every once in a while. In the last 10 years Kingwood has beaten Humble 3 times. These last couple of years Humble went through a split, which obviously hurt them in the depth department...The year after the split with Atascocita...Humble lost 21-20. The year after Humble split with Summer Creek...We lost 17-7. 4a better be ready, Cause the Wildcats are coming. We were extremely young last year, Younger then we had been in almost 10 years....and it showed...But you better believe that a program renown for Defense while bringing back 11-12 total starters is going to make some serious noise.
Go-rilla Posted December 17, 2009 Report Posted December 17, 2009 Humble Boy.That might be the only thing that anyone has ever said on this that makes any sense.
