SilsbeeD Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 I think the tigers will control the turnovers this week.... Who wins this one btw?
SETXsports #1 Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 We'll see if the turnovers improve for the Tigers.
Guest Bridge City Card Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 Cardinals by 6. It will be close. We have to play better than we have are we will lose big in this one.
Guest BIG HOUSE Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 FOR ALL THE HYPE ABOUT SILSBEE THEY SURE MADE IT CLOSE WITH OF BC 31 SILSBEE 28
3ABirdMan Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Silsbee better let BC score first and stay in the lead until 2:00 to go in the 4th! 3 wins for BC, all come-from-behind in the 4th quarter. They don't know what "quiet" means! (yeah - I spelled it wrong ON PURPOSE!)
Guest Luv Ya Blue Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Silsbee will be to much in this game. Sorry cards.
SteelerCzy Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Silsbee too physical for BC, Silsbee 35 BC 21
Guest Wildcat 08 Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Silsbee by 14 at least. To much speed for BC's defense. Heck BC should have lost to HJ and Kelly.
preacher Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 Silsbee is too big on the line for BC. They should blow BC off the line every down. The only way I see BC winning is if Silsbee keeps turning the ball over and BC can use their offensive speed to run up the score.
Guest Orangeboy Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 I think the real question here is which team will turn over the ball more. Both teams have been wanting to give their opponents as many chances to beat them as possible, just can't wait to see this one. GO BC!!!
cardinal81o7 Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 do you want to tell me why we should have lost to kelly and hj?? i dont think you're supposed to lose to anyone if your defense shuts them out. we did give hj some opportunities w/ some turnovers by our own goaline where they only had to go between 15 to 10 yards for a td, but in no way were they supposed to beat us. and the eye in the sky doesnt lie...that was a forward pass that hit the ground that the refs didnt blow it dead on and they ran it to the 1. our defense is starting to gel as a unit and we held one of the better rb's in the area to right at 100 yards and he was basically their offense. you can "coulda shoulda woulda " bc to death but you cant argue w/ wins in the 4th quarter. bc - silsbee will be a battle.
Guest Wildcat 08 Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 You can't sit here and tell me that this year's BC team is as good as last year? Not even close, especially on Defense.
cardinal81o7 Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 no i never said that...we had 5 or 6 three year starters on that d last year..you're right they were pretty dang good. but we're getting there, every week. for us its a matter of eliminating mistakes, and getting healthy
Guest Wildcat 08 Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 That's a good thing in this District, get better each week. We all have to with WOS in there.
2Cards Posted October 1, 2006 Report Posted October 1, 2006 BC Defense held off both Kelly and HJ's offensive line.....no question. BC has no "easy" games this year, but I don't think anyone, with maybe the exception of WOS, has ANY "easy" games in this district, this year. Every team out there better come with their best game, ready. :x
Pimp Smack Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 These are the three things that Silsbee needs to do to beat Bridge City. 1.STOP DISHON 2.STOP DISHON 3. AND STOP DISHON IT ISNT EASY THOUGH.
Guest Kelly Football Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 I still think Silsbee wins by 14. To much speed this year for BC's defense. They'll need alot more than him against Silsbee. Is Dishon 100% yet?
Pimp Smack Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 He played on a sore ankle friday. They said he should be at 100% this week.
cardinal81o7 Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 and the rest of the team too much speed for our defense? thats our strength is speed..its not size. healthy or not he accounted for 200 yards of offense and two td's on that ankle...im never doubting him again
Guest Nederland Bulldogs Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 I say Silsbee by 14. BC could make it interesting if they step up on defense.
DP#1FAN Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 I know its early but this could be for a playoff spot. I'll go with the Tigers to much speed and BC a one man show.
Tiger@heart Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 BC 35 Silsbee 21 Already changed your mind? Funny how a little smack talk can do that. BC has the win hands down.
