You can verbally committ anytime you want, but as we say all the time it really means nothing. One of the top DL recruits in the nation just last week stated to the local media that he was still verbally committed to U of Miami, but that USF was number 1 on his list?????? So what the heck does that mean? Sounds like he is verbally committed to USF!
