what are exactly the rules with eligibility of
a player who changes schools?

would love to see couple kids move in to kirbyville
from maybe newton of jasper that could help in
spots that they lacked very evidently yesterday
and the couple spots they lose to graduation for next season
as they march to state. again.

and when will the new districts be out?
seems like it was toward the end of the spring
when we used to find out

Under what you propose, a transfer would not be able to help the 'Cats as a student who transfers for athletic reasons must sit out one year after the date of transfer.

The new districts will be revealed on February 1st.  Stay tuned to setxsports.com as they will broadcast live from Region V.
