mat Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009 It may improve the quality of living and the overall property appearance of the city but it will probably not make much change to population.
Slam14 Posted December 31, 2009 Report Posted December 31, 2009
I would sneak in and vote for Slam if he would run.
;D That adds up to two votes...you and me...not sure two votes would win it. ;D You would have to absentee vote anyway with all of the "jet set" travel you do now.

mustangfan2 Posted January 14, 2010 Author Report Posted January 14, 2010 I spoke with two of the LCM football players yesterday and they expressed the fact that they would be dissappointed if WOS was not on the schedule in 2010. It just doesn't make sense that you would have two schools that have played this many times and are within 10 miles of each other that are not playing against each other. I think that the ENTIRE community is being robbed of watching this contest!!! I truly hope that the powers that be can work this game onto the schedule!!

According to Gary Stelly's latest "Airplay" on kogt.com, the probable Mustang opponents will be Barbers Hill, Nederland, Kirbyville and Jasper. Of course, that does leave room for a 5th non-district game if 21-3A (or whatever the number is next year) stays 6 teams or a 4th if Jasper does join the district to make it 7.
