that shows you a sign of a dominant program where there are haters everywhere you turn.  Katy will be back playing into December next year, and probably the title game.  Out of their 2 freshman teams, sophmore team, JV, and Varsity, there was only two losses in the whole program.  Both by the varsity.  Katy is the premier program in the state if not the nation.

Could be a rematch next year.  Abilene has 18 starters back including both the Sims cousins.

After seeing the Brenham-Aledo game in Austin at 1PM, we went south down I-35 to San Antonio for this 7PM game in the Alamodome. Wow! Abilene rocks! The game was not as close as the score indicates. The Abilene Eagles pounded Katy on the ground. Abilene looks to be THE state 5A power for at least the next year. Congrats to Abilene!  ;D
