Computer Question

Having trouble with viruses at times when on this site......I have McAffee protection...could I have a week computer? Or need to get a better protection plan?.....I have to restore my computer about every thirty days......I'm not a computer guru and was wondering if anybody had any ideas?.........

I use McAffe also but I also have Cisco Clean Access on my computer. That the best and new protection to use
