That was the poorest excuse for a basketball game that I have seen in 20 years. I just wish that the EC players would have told us parents that they did not wont to play. It would have saved me $60. I dont know what has happen to this team but If they dont get it fixed by Thuesday they will not win another game this year. Maybe its the long time off of school and the 6 games that they have played but they are as flat as a pancake. The last good game that they played was the Harden game before the break. I would post the score but I got up and left before it was over. HJ was up by 35 at that point.

IMO the first game that HJ and EC played the Hawks played as bad as they did against New Waverly on Wednesday...........the last two times that HJ has played EC they have played Hawk basketball!!!!!  EC will be fine and will finish 2nd in the district and lose to Kountze both times by a ton.

Folks EC may take 2nd in the district but there isn't much difference between them,Anahuac,Deweyville or Hardin.In there defense True it's hard to play in the atmosphere they had at Ford park tonight and the boys have nothing to do with the ticket price.

Catman, Did you see HJ play Kountze this year??With Ricossa healthy they are pretty darn good.

EC will be fine they have a good team and several promising players.

EC will be just fine.  The fans need to relax some - All they do is scream from the get go.  The players will respond and the coaches will get them going.  All wil be ok.
