Whay is Damon James not seriously being considered for the Player of Year?  I know Wall is the talk of college basketball and rightfully so, but James is on a tear!  He actually avaerages a double-double and is shooting well.  He plays the best in the Biggest games and normally is guarding three positions!  He plays for one of the best teams in what might be the strongest conference. What do you think?

Look at the stats... He has had his best games in the biggest moments..

NC game 25pt 15rebs
MSU game 23pt 13rebs one of only two Horns in double figures and shot better that 50%
ISU game 25pts and 14rebs

All these games and the Texas A&M CC game and the Colorado game he really showed up down the stretch.  So yes he has carried this team to alot of wins.  Kentucky has had more close games so Wall always looks like he carrying the team to the win!!!!

kentucky doesn't have quite as many weapons as Texas either, so they rely on wall throughout the game.  James gets his numbers despite the fact that Texas has 8 players that could start anywhere in the country.
