Guest coachacola Posted January 16, 2010 Report Posted January 16, 2010 LU wins 79-78. Miles, Nabors and Harris did most of the scoring with 25, 20 and 18 points respectively. The Nwevo/Custer combo had 14 points/7 rebounds. LU only had 6 TOs but again didn't shoot the ball very well but scored a ton at the free throw line.
Lazeek Posted January 16, 2010 Report Posted January 16, 2010 Did not get to watch or listen to the game but glad to hear they won........maybe they will have 5 wins not instead of only 4!!!!Enjoy the conference record above .500!!!! It may be the last time in conference and for the year to be above .500!!!!
BudTugley Posted January 16, 2010 Report Posted January 16, 2010 The Cardinals showed a lot of HEART. It was a hard fought game. The Cards really earned this victory. AWESOME !
badndn Posted January 16, 2010 Report Posted January 16, 2010 The Cards again shot well in the second half (well over 50%), but the reason this one was close was because Mcneese shot 57% for the game. LU gives up way to many easy layups! Allways have since Tubbs then Roc.
kingsnake1 Posted January 17, 2010 Report Posted January 17, 2010 And why can Custer NEVER finish a play off when he goes up for a layup or dunk? Is he not strong enough to power through the fouls?

He never finishes off plays down low because he's soft, and his hair, well, that speaks for itself.
