Let's not forget that there are some outstanding kids who play defense because they like it. Just like the squeaky wheel gets the grease, the ones who score goals get the press. Oh, there usually is the mention of the goalie too. One day the boys will look back and read about their past. It's a shame that they will only see the names of the goal scorers. I understand, you can't mention everybody. Well at least consider the seniors.
