im on fire Posted February 10, 2010 Report Posted February 10, 2010 a team that has scored 100+ pts in 14 games compared to a team who barely breaks 50 a game. this late in season is just a waste of time on ktz part. as stated the 7th grade should be playing LC varisty.even if ktz had to travel, lets say to westside and play, it would be a better game for them to get them ready for the playoffs.

Rebel Yeller Posted February 12, 2010 Report Posted February 12, 2010 Could it be the "Yates Factor"?Maybe Silsbee wanted to blow somebody up by 100 points and get teams looking at them the way that teams look at Yates.It would have to be an intemadting thing to see that your playoff opponet was scoring well over 100 points at this point in the season.I am more concedrned about LC's coach putting his team in the game for what it would do to them? Maybe LC got 1/2 of the gate receipts like the small schools that play the powerhouse NCAA teams in football.The world may never know!
