HJ has a couple of really solid players coming up from what i saw tonight.  a couple of big bruisers, one who has really good body control for his size, and another who's just huge right now (probably 6-4, 240 as a freshman), but will develop as he gets used to his size, as well as HJ's usual assortment of great shooters and talented point guards.

Both teams (HJ and Silsbee) should be really good next year, all three games were very good.

We should be pretty good but I think overall HJ has more coming up especially size wise.

The H-J freshman post is 6"6" ,230 lbs and still only 14 years old. Pershon is a sophmore and he is 6'4" with and probably about 210.

pershon moves well for his size.  the freshman needs some work, but at his age, he's got plenty of time.  both of these guys should cause opponents fits down low next year.
Pershon moves well, but he could use a little more quickness.  Of course, he's already more agile was than Ricossa was at his age, so there is much to look forward to.  I'd like to see him work on agility over the off-season and see the same kind of improvement that I've witnessed from Phillip.

I hope his feet don't grow anymore shoes are getting more and more difficult to locate.  18's are prevalent but a 19 would pose a challenge.

Ozen Freshman team is the best freshman team in this area...District Champs 20-2
Nederland's freshmen group has an argument there...they are CO DISTRICT champs with Ozen by the way and finished the season at 31-2...Nederland and Ozen split on the season at 2-2 overall and 1-1 in district...the only lopsided game of the four was Nederland's first win by over 20 against Ozen early in the year...Ozen has a great team, but to say they are clearly the best freshman team in the area without doubt is highly debatable
