EC vs. Anahuac

I could be mistaken, but I think Bucof2010 said a few days ago that EC would go 3 or 4 rounds in the playoffs. If anahuac beat them by 30 I really doubt they can get past NW or Kountze. Sounds like somebody's jaybird butt can't back up their alligator mouth.  ;)

[/quote]Get New Waverly in the area round.Feb25-27 that's a tough draw for the Bucs.Anahuac looks to have a much better draw,they should win easily in the first round and then get Woodville in the area round.

I don't know if the Anahuac/Woodville game will be close or not.If the Newton club I saw Saturday is any indication of the strength of the district to the north Anahuac should win handily.

You can't compare the 2nd place team from one district to the 2nd place team from another...just because newton lost saturday is no indication of how woodville will play against anahuac ???
