The Round Rock tournament should be interesting, but if for some reason its not, Moody is coming to town for the Brenham alumni tourney March 11. There wont be any love lost if we end up playing them, as both teams think they are rightfully the top team in Texas high school baseball history. We dont get a 4A team till March 4, when we get Westbury for our first home game. (other than maybe in the knockout rounds of a tourney) We get the #5 5A team, Southlake Carroll on Feb. 27.

Settled in and took control. Martinez looked good on the mound striking out 9 and allowing 1 ER. Dalton Giong came on in the 6th to close out the victory.Sr. Jacob Wilburn (catcher) led the Patriots at the plate going 3-5 with a solo HR and a double.GCM will next be in action on Thursday at the Humble Tournament.

HSB&Rangers Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 3 starters still in Basketball. Crocket is a good 3A program. Played Jasper tough in the playoffs last year...They did better than the wildcats on Monday. Hardin Jefferson is not on the same level as Crockett in baseball

Panther Dad Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 KP 0Pearland Dawson 1Pitchers duel. PD scored its only run off a mis-played ball in the outfield. PDs tall lefty has KPs bats off balance all night. KPs pitcher was similaraly effective.
