AggiesAreWe Posted February 27, 2010 Report Posted February 27, 2010 Aggies, plain and simple, the better team.A&M never should have lost to tu in Austin.

Then you say nonsense like that! I do believe A&M is the more cohesive team though! UT relies too much on the freshmen!
AggiesAreWe Posted March 1, 2010 Report Posted March 1, 2010 Nonsense? I think most folks with any kind of basketball intelligence would say that A&M had no business losing to tu in Austin. That's the first time I have ever seen a team win a game where they never led at any time for the entire regulation. tu tied the game at the end, then won it in OT. A&M lost that game more than tu won it.But, a win is a win. I still say A&M is the better team. Not most talented, but better team of the two.

Texas shot awful (on open shots) Saturday and still was in a position to take the lead. Anybody with basketball intellegence will see that the difference in these teams is at the PG and Sloan being a seasonned senior! Other than that fact, in 20 more games UT would split games with A&M every time!
shorttexas1 Posted March 1, 2010 Report Posted March 1, 2010 If if was a fifth, we'd all be drunk! A&M did not win the first game... There is an L in the lose column that won't go away because of A&M fans IFs! End of conversation!
team first Posted March 1, 2010 Report Posted March 1, 2010 tx went from #1 to out of the top 25, wow

Gabe Posted March 1, 2010 Report Posted March 1, 2010 Texas was 17-0 and No. 1 in nation. They have since lost 7 of 12

Though I support the UTEP Miners, I am also a Texas fan, and hate seeing this slide they are on...
bullets13 Posted March 1, 2010 Author Report Posted March 1, 2010 they're still in the tourney... a couple of wins in the conference tourney and they'll be a 6 or 7 seed probably. they have too many good wins to kepe them out, and their only bad loss is to OU, who isn't really that bad of a team.
shorttexas1 Posted March 2, 2010 Report Posted March 2, 2010 They can be as high as a five seed... The issue is the offense. There are no easy buckets and too many one-on-one play. Barnes needs to make it easier on the freshmen.
