Former PN-G coach and principal Roy Esquivel passes

Roy Esquivel passed away yesterday in Port Neches. He was a coach for the Indians, then became principal at the high school. Prayers go out to the Esquivel family who have been through so much recently.  :'(

I was shocked when I heard this. He was a great guy and yes that family has been through alot lately. Prayers go out to them.

this deeply saddens me. The esquivel's were my parents closest friends when I was little and many of my childhood memories include Cathy, Roy Emily and Justin and their extended family. Roy was such a great family man(i have heard a great principal) i knew him as Coach. He could also be such a jokester too.  He will be deeply missed.

There is not a single negative word you could say about Mr. Esquivel and his family. My prayers are to Justin and his family. It is hard to think everything happens for a reason when hard times fall but there is a plan in place so be strong.
