Yates Game Sold Out

Game completely sold out. Several thousand people outside the stadium never seen anything like this.  It didn't matter if you had a coaches pass there was no getting in. Word is it's been sold out since 6. Poor planning by UIL

A buddy of mine left the 5a game early to attend the Yates game, hope he got in. Other than the Toyota Center where in Houston could the game have held so many people....????

Toyota would have been a good option. Rice and U of H too it's  a shame to turn that many people way

Last night at the Yates/Huntsville game it was sold out around 7:15 and game time was 7:30.  There was probably 7,000 inside and another 2,000 outside.  I guarantee you there wasn't another regional out there that was that well attended.

Coop, there was standing room only.  There were people standing on the tier between the second and first levels.  It may not have been 7,000 but it had to be closer to that than 6,000.  At least that's what it looked like from the sideline.

Half the fans from Huntsville didn't even get in to see the game because they were too late.  They were told to get there early but they didn't.  Great atmosphere for the kids to play in and to coach in and be involved in.

Was the same way when I went to see Willowridge play against Bellaire back in the TJ Ford era.  The arena was full.  There were a couple thousand people standing outside looking in the windows.  I had to sit on the stairs  to catch a seat.  It was crazy.
