Change is about all the new AD's paycheck will consist of.  HF doesn't pay too well.....  BTW Blue why don't you coach the boys in the summer league.  When our kids played the older basketball players who had graduated would come back and coach the kids in the summer league...LOL

I think in a couple of years they will be fine...if they play together in high school and don't become about themselves. They have talent coming up but they have to have a team mindset. Remember people they play against two of the top teams in the state every year. If in four years they still aren't winning, there is a major problem because they have some talent coming up.
