HillGuy Posted March 14, 2010 Report Posted March 14, 2010 Joe Evans, for those that don't know, is Andy Evans father. He has kept active into his 70's assisting Andy at Tatum. I had the pleasure of having "Coach Joe" as my HS coach for one year, but have a lasting memory of a wonderful person and leader just from that short time. Congrats Coach!
BUCman Posted March 15, 2010 Report Posted March 15, 2010 Congrats to Uncle Joe Evans. I had the opportunity to learn from Uncle Joe starting out as a player and later as I was beginning my coaching career. If you want to know anything about coaching track then Uncle Joe is the man. Again congrats to Uncle Joe and I will hopefully be seeing you at coaching school.Justin Charrier
