Has anyone seen anything on 19-4A All District selections?

Barbers Hill listed their's on the school website, but have not seen anything else.

First Team:  Carson Asbury

Second Team:  Austin Crawley

Asbury, Mitchell make 19-4A honor squad

Carson Asbury, a 6-foot-6 junior post player for Barbers Hill, and Crosby’s Michael “M.J.” Mitchell, a 6-3 senior forward, were the only Baytown area players on the All-District 19-4A first-team for the 2010 basketball season.

The league’s most valuable player was C.E. King senior Bennie Batiste. Jordan Quillian of Kingwood Park and Brandon Taylor of Galena Park shared offensive player of the year honors and C.E. King’ Emonte McMillan and Kingwood Park’s Alex Ritter shared defensive player of the year honors.

Alfonso Fisher, a 5-10 junior for Galena Park, was voted newcomer of the year by the league’s coaches.

A pair of Goose Creek Memorial and Crosby players made the second-team, along with Barbers Hill senior Austin Crawley.

The GCM players are Patriots senior Pedro Alvarez and junior Jeremy Johnson. Representing Crosby are seniors Anthony “A.J.” Anderson and Andre Mitchell.
