I think it's kind of funny that Yates won't be entering this tournament. I would love to see Yates compete with these teams. Seem like it would be a nice challenge and a lot fun for the 4A state champs.

It just how UIL is, its their rule. No games after the State Championship.

I think it is stupid of UIL. Dont they know how much money they can make because thats what its all about anyway. Just like the NCAA not allowing players to get a stipend but they make millions off of these players each year. Something has to give.

Texas players are lucky that they can play in organized leagues after the season. There wasa time UIL had a firm grip in what you did in post season play. No camps, no this, no that, etc, etc, bah-hh!
