OFBobcat Posted March 20, 2010 Report Posted March 20, 2010 I know the score wasn't what anyone expected, but I think this was a good win for OF for the simple way of how they had to win it. Jumped out early and then had to have some execution in the bottom of the 7th to win. The coaching staff got to see some kids in some situations that will pay off starting next Friday. They finish up the non-district portion of the schedule on Monday at Buna before they travel to WOS on Friday.
Clsof87Pirate Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 The Pirates had a little trouble with Statum on the mound, but ended up with 13 hits to OF 10 hits for the game. No dought one of the best outings this year for the Pirates.
